Standard Delivery Schedule:

Delivery in 24-48 Hours for orders placed before 13:00 on Mondays - Thursdays (excluding bank holidays, Ts & Cs apply).

Fresh Meat Packaging: All fresh meats are carefully packaged in cooler chilled sleeves with disposable freezer blocks, ensuring freshness for next-day delivery.

Approximate Delivery Dates:

We always notify you of your expected delivery day. Please note, that this is an approximate date; while we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee delivery on this exact day.

Delivery Delays:

In rare instances, delivery may take up to 48 hours. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control but rest assured, we always do our utmost to ensure timely delivery.

Busy Periods Notice:

Important: During particularly busy periods, such as holidays or sales events, next-day delivery might not always be feasible. While we make every effort to maintain our standard delivery times, please understand that delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Refund Policy for Delayed Deliveries:

In the unlikely event that fresh meat is delayed beyond 48 hours due to unforeseen reasons, we will issue a full refund for the fresh meat. However, this does not apply to biltong or other cured meats.

Please report any late deliveries per our terms and conditions for the refund policy to apply.
